WHOLESALE ORDERING WITH HDS TRADING

We know that you’re excited to get started, but for speedy account approval and order processing please read and familiarize yourself with our wholesale policies below!
ONLINE SALES
Resellers may not offer HDS Trading Corp® products online unless written consent is given by HDS Trading Corp® In addition to any other remedies HDS Trading Corp® may have, HDS Trading Corp® reserves the right to terminate the Reseller's account if it is determined that Reseller is engaging in unauthorized online sales of HDS Trading Corp® products.“It is on our company policy that we no longer sell to resellers of Amazon or eBay, as we handle all major ecommerce account in house.”.
BACKORDERS
We do not typically do backorders. If an item is out of stock, we will remove the item from your order and make a note on the invoice. In the rare occasion we put an item in your order on backorder, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated.
SHIPPING
Our customer service department will contact you to determine the best shipping method. For special shipping requests please call us at 855-418-0018and we will try to accommodate you. Orders may be placed seven days a week, however, deliveries are only made Monday – Friday. We make every effort to ensure that items in stock are shipped promptly. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days. You will be notified if there is a significant delay. Please make sure to give us a valid daytime telephone number where we can reach you. If there is an issue with your order, we will call you.
PRICES / WEBSITE ERRORS
With respect to items sold by HDS Trading, Inc., the price of an item is as set forth on the website. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your invoice.
HDS Trading, Inc. strives to make every effort to keep our product descriptions and pricing as accurate as possible. If, however, an order is placed containing any incorrect description and/or pricing, we will contact you requesting instructions or to notify you that the order has been cancelled. Please make sure to give us a valid daytime telephone number where we can reach you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall HDS Trading, Inc. or its Officer(s), Manager(s), Director(s), Shareholder(s) or Employee(s) be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use this website or the products sold on it, including without limitation any damages caused by or resulting from reliance by user on any information obtained from the HDS Trading @Online Website, or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mails, errors, defects, viruses, delays of operation or transmission or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, acts of terrorism, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to the HDS Trading @Online Website’s records, programs or services. In no event shall the aggregate liability of HDS Trading, Inc. (whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence whether active, passive or imputed), product liability, strict liability or other theory) arising out of or relating to the sale of products sold on the HDS Trading @Online Website exceed any compensation you pay, if any, to HDS Trading, Inc. and/or the HDS Trading @Online Website for products sold on the HDS Trading @Online Website.

MISCELLANEOUS
We shall not be in default if our performance is delayed or rendered impossible by Acts of God, war, civil commotion, governmental action, acts of terrorism, fire, storm, flood, explosion, strikes, walkouts, other industrial disturbances, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. We may revise or modify product information or pricing without notice. We are not responsible for typographic, facsimile or printing errors. We are an independent contractor.
